MacBook and iMac repair
Coffee on the keyboard, a Mac that won't turn on, a swelling battery, a cracked screen: instead of the Apple quote “we replace the logic board”, we repair the component at fault. And on Macs with a soldered SSD, we recover your data even when the board is dead.
What we repair
- Liquid damage: cleaning, corrosion removal, then repair of the affected power lines.
- Won't turn on, no charge: component-level logic board (charging circuit, power management, I/O chips).
- Battery worn or swollen (don't wait if the trackpad is lifting).
- Screen cracked, stains, backlight, flex cable (“stage light”).
- Keyboard (top case) and trackpad.
- Charging port MagSafe or USB-C, speakers.
- iMac: power supply, logic board, thermal paste, reinstall.
Soldered SSD: your data
Since the Apple Silicon MacBooks (M1 to M4), the SSD is soldered and encrypted with the Mac's chip: it can't be read anywhere else. If the logic board fails, the only solution is to repair it at component level, at least long enough to copy your files. That is what we do, at 249 €, and nothing is charged if we recover nothing.
